Through individually crafted training sessions led by experienced coaches, we prioritize skill development, IQ awareness, and physical fitness. Our goal is to empower athletes with the tools they need to excel in lacrosse and in life. Whether honing individual techniques or strategizing as a cohesive unit, our program is committed to continuous improvement.
Each player will receive an individualized training session that includes stick skills, shooting mechanic breakdown, passing and catching fundamentals, agility training, and overall IQ awareness. Each session is concluded with a player debrief guided by notes and a customized wall ball and conditioning template.
